On most construction sites, it is not always simple to complete a project until all other trades have completed work. This can present problems whether it is the addition of ventilation or moving of access points. This may mean that areas of Mastic Asphalt roofing and flooring can be damaged and need to be repaired.
Mastic Asphalt repairs can often mean the removal of existing substrate or boarding for the limited area, with new being applied in place. This type of repair is not limited to Mastic Asphalt but also to Felt and other applications.
The Gallery below shows an example of the damaged roof on the National Maritime Museum and the subsequent work to repair it.
